ARE WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS WELCOME?

Yes, we do offer walk-in appointments. However, these appointments are subject to availability and we recommend calling ahead to inquire about availability. If a walk-in appointment is not available, we will do our best to accommodate you with the earliest available appointment time.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

Please bring your government-issued photo ID, insurance card, and a list of any medication you are currently taking. It may also be helpful to bring any relevant medical records and/or documentation of previous medical visits.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE

We advise that you arrive at the clinic 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I ARRIVE?

When you arrive at the clinic, please check in at the front desk and provide the receptionist with your health insurance and any other applicable forms of identification. You may also be asked to provide a list of any medication you are taking. Once you have checked in, you will be directed to a waiting area, where you will be seen by a healthcare professional.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours of notice in order to reschedule your appointment. 

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Yes, we accept most major insurance providers. Please contact the clinic directly for a list of accepted insurance plans.
